With over 15 years of music teaching experience in Canada and 5 in her native Ukraine, Olga Styrankevych is a firm believer in music’s ability to provide joy to all. Olga obtained her initial music diploma from the Ternopil Music College and later furthered her knowledge at the Ukrainian National Tchaikovsky Academy of Music in Kiev where she studied under the accredited pianist Olga Liforenko.

Olga’s educational qualifications include Piano Instructor, Accompanist and Artist of Chamber Ensemble. Her professional experience spans participation in the International Competition for Piano Faculty of Pedagogical Institutes in Samara, Russia as well as making it to the final of the Palma D’Oro Piano Festival in Finale Ligure, Italy.

Choosing to settle her family in the Toronto area in 2001, Olga has accumulated two decades’ worth of experience mentoring students for RCM Piano and Theory exams, as well as for performance in concerts and competitions across Ontario. Olga continues to apply both her passion and knowledge of music to further her students’ unique music endeavours.
