Kidzrock Summer Camps For Ages 4-7 Years

A Day At Camp:
9:00 am – 9:10 am Arrival and Greeting
9:10 am – 9:30 am – Kidzrock band meeting about the day
9:30 am – 10:15 am – Kidzrock band class
10:15 am – 10:30 am – Foundational music terms
10:30 am – 11:00 am – Snack time
11:00 am – 12:00 pm – Arts and crafts, and free play
12:00 pm – 12:30 pm – Lunch (students will provide their own nut-free lunch)
12:30 pm – 1:00 pm – Kidzrock band class
1:00pm – 2:00 pm – Outdoor play (weather permitting)
2:00 pm – 2:30 pm – Snack time
2:30 pm – 3:00 pm – Kidzrock vocal class
3:00 pm – 4:00 pm – Arts and crafts, free play and home time

Description: Students learn: the basics of guitar, drums, and keyboards; how to read and play notes on the treble and percussion clef; improvisation; singing on pitch; musical dynamics; musical terminology. The full-day Kidzrock Camp introduces additional skills, activities and songs. The camp includes arts & crafts and physical activity. Final day performance.
Extended Care
The Music Studio provides before camp care from 8:30 am – 9:00 am and after camp care from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm each day of the camp. The fee for extended care is $5.00 per child for 30 minutes of before and/or after camp care per day. Extended care must be arranged and paid for at registration.
