The Music Studio's recital takes place on Sunday, June 13 at the Hotel Inter-Continental Toronto Yorkville. All of our students and their guests are invited to attend this free event that features a full day of student performances.
Musical Tip of The Month
a number on "how long should I practice for?" can lead to being satisfied with merely putting your time in. Instead, list one to three tasks that need to be completed in a session. For example: "these three measures need to be played in time." This way, specific achievements are prioritized.
Maintaining a consistent practice schedule is an important aspect of your musical training. Try to practice at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, and at the same time each day. So make time to practice on a consistent basis; you will enjoy the results.
